Privacy Policy

This site is run by Dungeon Works LTD, a company registered in England & Wales. We collect as little personal data as we can get away with, and this page describes all of it in plain English.

What we collect, and why

The contact form. If you use it, we receive the name, email address, reason, and message you type. That information is emailed to our inbox via Resend (an email delivery service) and used for exactly one thing: replying to you. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't share or sell your details to anyone. Messages are kept only as long as the conversation needs them.

Standard server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which — like every hosting provider — processes basic technical data about each request (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect against attacks. We don't use this to identify or profile visitors.

What we don't do

• No cookies set by us, and no cookie banners needed.
• No advertising trackers, no social media pixels, no fingerprinting.
• No user accounts, and no data sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Who processes data on our behalf

Two service providers touch data to make the site work: Cloudflare (serves the website) and Resend (delivers contact-form messages to our inbox). Each processes only what's needed for its job.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@dungeonworks.com and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If we ever add features that change what's collected — an online shop or site analytics, for example — this page will be updated first, with the date above.
