Privacy Policy
This site is run by Dungeon Works LTD, a company registered in England & Wales. We collect as little personal data as we can get away with, and this page describes all of it in plain English.
What We Collect, and Why
The contact form. If you use it, we receive the name, email address, reason, and message you type. That information is emailed to our inbox via Resend (an email delivery service) and used for exactly one thing: replying to you. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't share or sell your details to anyone. Messages are kept only as long as the conversation needs them.
Launch updates. If you ask to be told when something ships, we receive the email address you enter. It is stored as a contact in Resend and used only to send occasional product emails, such as a launch announcement. We don't share or sell it. It stays on the list until you unsubscribe: every update email carries an unsubscribe link, or email support@dungeonworks.com and we'll remove you.
Spam protection. The contact form and the launch-updates box are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells a person from a bot. To do that it processes technical data from your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, when you submit. We use it for that check only, not to identify or track you.
Standard server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which, like every hosting provider, processes basic technical data about each request (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect against attacks. We don't use this to identify or profile visitors.
Cookies and Tracking
As it stands, this site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, and no fingerprinting for tracking, so there's no cookie banner to click through.
That may change as the business grows. When we add a shop checkout, site analytics, or advertising (for example, promoting our apps), those tools typically set cookies. If and when that happens, we'll update this page first, list exactly what's used, and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set, as UK law requires. We'll never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Who Processes Data on Our Behalf
Two service providers touch data to make the site work: Cloudflare (serves the website and runs the Turnstile spam check) and Resend (delivers contact-form messages to our inbox and holds the launch-updates list). Each processes only what's needed for its job.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email support@dungeonworks.com and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
If we ever add features that change what's collected, such as an online shop or site analytics, this page will be updated first, with the date above.
